GWADA

Established in June 1994

The Greater Washington Asian Deaf Association (GWADA) serves Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals of Asian descent in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, as known as the Greater Washington, D.C. area.

BAADA

Established in June 1995

The Bay Area Asian Deaf Association (BAADA) serves Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals of Asian descent in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

MADA

Established in September 2002

The Metropolitan Asian Deaf Association (MADA) serves Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals of Asian descent in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, known as the Greater New York metropolitan area. 


College Student Chapters

APIA

Established in 1982

The Asian Pacific Islander Association (APIA) at Gallaudet University is a student organization that supports and promotes the cultural, educational, and social interests of Asian and Pacific Islander students. William Wong founded it in October 1982, when it was called the Oriental Club. It serves as a student group for cultural exchange and community building, organizing events and activities to commemorate heritage and raise awareness about relevant issues.

ADC

Established in 1989

The Asian Deaf Club (ADC) at RIT/NTID is a student group that focuses on the cultural, educational, and social needs of Asian Deaf students. In the spring of 1989, Richard Lin and Rickey Tom founded ADC. It serves as a hub for cultural exchange, community support, and advocacy. The club hosts events and activities to celebrate Asian heritage and highlight issues impacting the Asian Deaf community.


NADC is a nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
